Planning - Gather information, budget, house structure
Analysis - Number of rooms or bathrooms needed, wet or dry kitchen needed.
Design - Modern or traditional design, with or without attached garage
Development - Actual construction; painting, tiling, electrical, drainage system, etc.
Testing - Dry-run(i.e. walk-through the piping, incomplete construction,) Call authorities for professional checking
Implementation - Moving in and making sure things run like water and electricity
Maintenance - Doing repairs or adding on to the house over the next years or fixing all the things that go wrong
